Terms of Service for Self Defense Items Wholesale
Welcome to Self Defense Items Wholesale (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“TOS”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Self Secure, the operators of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree to these TOS, please do not use our Site.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation of all content on the Site, is either owned by or licensed under copyright by Self Secure. It is Self Secure’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeat infringements of copyright of trademark laws.

You expressly understand and agree that Self Secure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damage for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Self Secure has been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from:

- Any conduct or content of any user on the Site;
- Any content obtained from the Site; and
- Unauthorized access to our servers.
